Z link plate is mainly used for overhead power lines or substations, connecting the wire, lightning rod clamp with the insulator or connecting the insulator, lightning rod clamp with the pole tower, according to the different installation conditions, the special connection fittings refer to the ball head hanging ring and the bowl head hanging plate connected with the insulator.

High voltage wire fittings can be divided into the following types:
1. Tension hardware: used to fix cables and wires to ensure the tension and safe use of cables and wires.
2. Sag device: used to adjust the position and tension of cables and wires to ensure that cables and wires can maintain a certain sag during transmission.
3. Metal grounding parts: Used for grounding cables, conductors and other devices to ensure safety.
4. Lead down device: It is used to install lead down line on the route of cable and wire in order to guide lightning current into the ground.
The Z Link Plate is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, and the R-type pin is made of stainless steel. This provides corrosion resistance and durability.
Given its structural characteristics, the Z Link Plate can be used in situations where a change in connection direction is needed. For parts that bear significant damage loads, it is recommended to use ductile iron or cast steel.
