(1) Before using the shackle, it should be carefully checked whether its bearing capacity, appearance is deformed, damaged, and the connection part is intact to prevent problems.
(2) The force direction of the shackle should be correct to prevent its lateral force.
(3) When connecting the rope or ring, one of them should be placed on the horizontal pin and the other on the bend ring, and it is not allowed to be placed on the two straight sections of the shackle.
(4) After the lifting operation is finished, it should be removed in time, and the cross pin should be inserted into the bending ring, and the nut should be good. It is strictly prohibited to throw the shackle down from the height to prevent its deformation and cause internal crack damage, and to ensure its integrity.
(5) The threaded part of the shackle should be regularly coated with lubricating oil to make it have good lubrication and no rust.
(6) After use, it should be stored in a dry place, padded with wooden boards, and properly kept.
(7) Do not use the shackle without thread of the cross pin, when it must be used, there must be safe and reliable measures to avoid the cross pin slipping out, causing accidents
