Product Overview:
Spool bolts are specialized fasteners designed to provide extra clearance between insulators and poles, particularly in rural secondary construction. These bolts are essential for ensuring proper spacing and stability in electrical distribution systems. They are commonly used with spool insulators to support and maintain electrical lines in a secure manner.

1. Coating anti-corrosion: The use of coating products, such as molybdenum disulfide coating, through high temperature curing or room temperature curing process, to form a black and gray coating, to provide long-term anti-corrosion effect. The coating keeps out air and moisture effectively prevents corrosion.
2. Grease anti-corrosion: through the use of butter, oil, special grease or lubricating paste and other products, these products can form a protective film on the surface of the bolt, to prevent the contact of moisture and air, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion. Special greases and lubricants for better results.
3. Hot dip galvanizing: this is a traditional and commonly used anticorrosion method. by dipping bolts into molten zinc solution, forms a uniform and thick layer of zinc on its surface, this layer of zinc can effectively isolate air and moisture, and can repair small damage by itself.
4. Electric galvanizing: deposited zinc ions on the bolt surface by current, to form a uniform and smooth coating, this method can control the thickness of the coating, to provide better anti-corrosion effect.
5. Blackening treatment ( phosphating treatment) : a layer of black oxide film is formed on the surface of the bolt through chemical reaction, provides certain anti-corrosion protection, and increases the anti-rust property of the bolt.
6. Sandblasting treatment: remove the oxide layer and rust on the surface of the bolt by high-pressure blasting sand, and then coating treatment, such as spraying epoxy resin, polyurethane and other anti-corrosion materials, to provide multi-layer protection.
7. Use corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel (304 and 316) and fiber-reinforced polymers (). These materials can provide good protection in corrosive environments.
8. Surface coating corrosion resistant layer: add corrosion resistant coating such as Teflon coating on the metal surface, these coatings have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, low friction coefficient and wide temperature range.
